I think that the bass notes (first note each measure left hand) in measures 4 etc aren't played on the piano (only the strings). The piano is something like this:

But you can't play it like that without the strings. You have to play the bass too. That gives problems in measures 7 and 9. My hands are too small to reach the a and the c. In that case you should not play the a. Though it's very beautiful too :( I'm very sensitive to such details, I really miss that a when I know it has to be there!
