Consider the beauty of the e in the right hand. It has two functions: in the first measures it's the highest note of the accompaniment. In measure 8 (0:19) it becomes the first note of melody, but in m 9 (0:20) it isn't anymore. In m 10 (0:21) it is both, or is it not, is it just melody? I think you should say 'it's both'.
