I struggled with questions as: should the g be in the right hand or left hand?

About the outro: measures 75 - 78 are in fact the second voice (the sitar-ish sound in the song, used in measures 25 - 28 too).
You could replace it with the piano part as in measure 71, or measures 1 - 8.
