• I use an Octave Treble clef, the 8 on the clef is quite small.

• The 16th notes are too fast to be normal 16th, but a bit too slow to be grace notes. It's something in between, so I choose the 16th notes.

Remark: not every software plays grace notes the same way, this one plays the notes before the beat, as Kohlstedt does.
He even plays the second note in the left hand together with those notes (red arrow).
There is no way to notate that.
