A waltz: no doubt, time signature 3/4... Until too many triplets and Swing/Even 8ths remarks appeared:

So I changed the time signature into 9/8 although I think 9/8 is not meant for a 'jazzy waltz', is it?:

Both versions sound the same (computer is playing):

PS Two places are not quite the same if you use maths :)
